Introduction: Welcome to First Choice Services. By accessing or using our services, including receiving SMS communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage with our services. 

SMS Terms & Conditions 

SMS Consent Communication: The information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 

Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from First Choice Services, you may receive messages related to the following: 

  • Appointment set up 

  • Appointment reminders 

  • Follow-up messages 

Example: "Hello Caller this is Nick with the Problem Gambling Helpline of WV I am reaching out to remind you of your assessment on March 10, 2025 at 10AM. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out here or dial 304-111-1111. Thank You have a wonderful day!” 

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 to 10 SMS messages per week related to your treatment. 

Example:  "First Choice Services’ message frequency may vary depending on the individual circumstances of our visitors. You may receive up to 5 to 10 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or follow-ups." 

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. 

Opt-In Method: You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from First Choice Services in the following ways:

Opt-Out Method: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Additional Options: If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
