By using First Choice Services program-specific Chat or SMS Texting you agree to the terms described below. Program-specific chat and text refers to all programs provided by First Choice Services including, but not limited to, Help4WV, PA Get Help Now, Problem Gambling Help Network of WV, ACA Navigator, WV Tobacco Quitline, Help304, 211, and WV988.

This statement may be modified from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By initiating a text or chat with any program provided by First Choice Services, you agree to the modified terms to use this service. Nature and Use of Information Provided through This Service - your participation in First Choice Services program-specific chat or SMS texting does not constitute mental health care or treatment and does not constitute an attorney-client relationship, a therapist-client relationship, or any other sort of confidential relationship.
